okWOW is designed to move people beyond basic chatbot assistants to instead collaborate and think with AI. Whether you're starting a new project at home, tackling work problems, or want to revisit an old idea, okWOW offers a clean, intuitive experience with AI that adapts to your needs.

This guide will walk you through the key features of okWOW and help you get set up quickly, so you can focus on doing the deep work that really matters.

Intro to okWOW

Overview

okWOW is a collaborative AI workspace. It lets you create, discuss, and refine ideas with AI. Underpinning okWOW is the Collaborative Intelligence system, which is designed to help you meaningfully progress through tasks instead of endlessly prompt a sycophantic assistant.

Using okWOW you can:

  • Capture ideas, brainstorm, or solve problems with Indi as your partner.

  • Generate documents to share and organize your work at any time.

  • Jam using voice sessions or Deep Dive into specifics within a conversation

Quick Start

Get productive with okWOW in just a few minutes.

  1. Create an Account

    • Visit app.okWOW.ai and sign up with an email.

    • If you don't sign in with Google, verify your email by confirming the link in your inbox

  2. Complete the Onboarding

    • Create your profile

    • Name your first workspace (e.g., "Personal", “Product Ideas” or “Brand/Marketing”).

      • Chats and Documents are all tied to workspaces, so these will help you group your work to stay organized

    • Connect 3rd Party Services (optional).

      • Integrate connectors like Gmail, Github, or Linear to give okWOW access to your existing product suite and concentrate all your knowledge in one place.

  3. New Conversations

    • Use the (+) button in the header or the New Canvas button in the Hamburger menu to open a new Canvas.

    • Type a question, idea, or task in natural language

    • Press Send and the AI will respond instantly.

Quick Tip: Don’t worry about “doing it wrong.” okWOW is built for conversational exploration. You can always start new chats or change your mind.
